Abstract
IMPLANTE PARA RECONSTRUÇÃO DE MAMILO.Implantes absorvíveis impressos em 3D podem ser usados para reconstruir o mamilo com o tecido regenerado resultando em melhor satisfação estética. Os implantes são formados a partir de planos paralelos de filamentos que são deslocados e ligados entre si para formar redes macroporosas com estruturas celulares abertas compreendendo formatos cilíndricos. A rede macroporosa pode ser envolvida por um invólucro ou revestimento, ou pode ser pelo menos parcialmente preenchido com um hidrogel. Os implantes são particularmente adequados para o uso em procedimentos de cirurgia plástica, por exemplo, para reconstruir o mamilo após mastectomia total e reconstrução mamária.
