Abstract
DISPOSITIVO ESTEREOTÁXICO DE POSICIONAMENTO DO PERÍNEO, E, MÉTODO.São descritos guias de localização intervencionista e métodos para intervenções pélvicas guiadas por IRM. Os guias de localização intervencionista podem incluir um dispositivo estereotáxico de posicionamento do períneo com conjunto de bobinas de recepção de RM integrado e receptor fiducial. O guia de localização intervencionista também pode incluir um modelo físico para guiar um dispositivo cirúrgico, tal como uma agulha de biópsia. Em vários casos, a IRM orientou intervenções pélvicas, incluindo o corregistro de locais de biópsia em varreduras de IRM de terceiros.
