Abstract
USO DE UMA COMBINAÇÃO SINERGÍSTICA DE COLISTINA E FOSFOMICINA, KIT DE PARTES, E, USO DA ASSOCIAÇÃO FARMACOLÓGICA SINERGÍSTICA DE COLISTINA E FOSFOMICINA. A presente invenção se refere a uma associação antibiofilme farmacológica sinérgica de colistina e fosfomicina para uso no tratamento de uma infecção bacteriana causada por um patógeno formador de biofilme selecionado a partir das cepas de A. baumannii, P. aeruginosa, S. maltophilia e K. pneumoniae, preferivelmente na fase de crescimento do biofilme e, em particular, infecções associadas a uma doença do trato respiratório, como uma doença crônica do trato respiratório compreendendo CF, BNFC e DPOC, especialmente em pacientes hospitalizados.
