Abstract
ÂNCORAS DE TECIDO E TÉCNICAS PARA USO COM ELAS. A presente invenção refere-se a unidade extracorpórea (1074), acoplada a uma extremidade proximal de um tubo (1072), inclui um trilho (1080) que leva a uma posição de implantação. Cada cartucho (1020) de uma série segura uma respectiva âncora (120) e é acoplado à unidade extracorpórea em uma respectiva posição inicial. Cada cartucho é móvel ao longo do trilho a posição de implantação, de modo que o cartucho segure a respectiva âncora oposta à abertura proximal. Um acionador de âncora (1060) é configurado para (i) enquanto cada âncora é segurada oposta à abertura proximal pelo respectivo cartucho na posição de implantação, aplicar uma força à âncora e (ii) avançar a âncora distalmente para fora do respectivo cartucho, através da abertura proximal.
