Abstract
CÂMARA DE SECAGEM PARA UM SISTEMA DE LIOFILIZAÇÃO A GRANEL. Um recipiente de liofilização (302) tendo uma câmara de secagem (304) e correias de transferência móveis (360, 362, 364, 366), cada uma movida por um cilindro acionado (370, 388). Cada correia de transferência (360, 362, 364, 366) inclui uma superfície de transferência (402, 404, 408, 410) que transporta partículas congeladas (282). Cada superfície de transferência (402, 404, 408, 410) é disposta verticalmente na câmara (304) e se move em uma direção oposta (400, 406) a de uma superfície de transferência inferior. Um dispositivo de remoção (416, 418) está posicionado adjacente a cada cilindro acionado (370, 388) que remove as partículas congeladas (282) de uma extremidade (371, 373, 375, 377) de cada superfície de transferência (402, 404, 408, 410), respectivamente, para permitir que partículas congeladas removidas (282) fluam para baixo para uma superfície de transferência inferior. Um elemento de aquecimento (363, 361) está posicionado adjacente a cada correia de transferência (360, 362, 364, 366) para sublimar as partículas congeladas (282) para formar o produto liofilizado (284).
