Abstract
CONVERSÃO DE PLÁSTICOS RESIDUAIS EM PETROQUÍMICOS. Trata-se de processos e sistemas para converter plásticos residuais que incluem um plástico residual em um tanque de fusão, e no tanque de fusão, aquecer o plástico residual para formar um plástico fundido. O plástico fundido é retirado do tanque de fusão e alimentado a um reator de pirólise. No reator de pirólise, o plástico fundido é aquecido a uma temperatura de pirólise, produzindo um produto de óleo de pirólise e um produto de piche líquido. O óleo de pirólise é, então, separado em uma fração gasosa de pirólise, uma fração de óleo de pirólise leve, uma fração de óleo de pirólise média e uma fração de óleo de pirólise pesada.
