Abstract
AMORTECEDOR DE PULSAÇÃO CARREGADO COM GÁS DE PARTE SUPERIOR REPARÁVEL E CÂMARA DE AR. Projetos de amortecedor de pulsação carregado com gás de parte superior reparável (200, 300, 400, 500, 600) incluem uma ou ambas dentre uma tampa rosqueada 310, 410, para substituição da câmara de ar, e uma câmara de ar padronizada (303, 403, 503, 603) com um botão de câmara de ar antiextrusão convexo simples ou duplo (409, 509, 609). A tampa rosqueada, que acelera a substituição da câmara de ar sobre as tampas aparafusadas, preferencialmente tem uma construção de duas peças para reduzir a torção no pescoço da câmara de ar. O projeto da câmara de ar, que inclui um botão de câmara de ar antiextrusão convexo duplo, facilita o uso do mesmo projeto da câmara de ar nos amortecedores de pulsação carregados com gás tanto na parte superior reparável quanto na parte inferior reparável.
