Abstract
AMORTECEDOR DE REDUÇÃO DE ENERGIA ACÚSTICA E DE PULSAÇÃO, E SISTEMA DE PERFURAÇÃO OU PRODUÇÃO. Trata-se de amortecedor de redução de energia acústica e pulsação (200) para instalação dentro de tubulação de poço entre um tubo vertical (110) e um tornel (116) que inclui um corpo (201, 202) formado a partir de um sub de conexão de união (202) que fornece uma conexão macho roscada em uma extremidade do corpo e soldada a uma porca de conexão de união (201) que fornece uma conexão fêmea roscada na outra extremidade, cada uma para conexão com a tubulação de poço (203, 204). Uma montagem de orifícios de restrição de fluxo (205, 206) é fixada por soldagem ou colagem dentro do sub de conexão de união e inclui um componente de desgaste substituível (206), como um inserto de cerâmica anular com um orifício passante interno cônico ou cilíndrico.
