Abstract
ATIVAÇÃO RÁPIDA DE SCELL.Um UE pode receber, de uma célula servidora, uma indicação de ativação para uma SCell, receber um primeiro sinal de referência da SCell, sendo que o primeiro sinal de referência inclui pelo menos um sinal de referência temporário, identificar se um segundo sinal de referência é recebido após processar a indicação de ativação e antes de uma expiração de um tempo de ativação de SCell, e ativar, na identificação de que o segundo sinal de referência é recebido, a SCell com base em um ou mais sinais de referência que incluem pelo menos um dentre o primeiro sinal de referência ou o segundo sinal de referência. O UE pode ativar a SCell no mais tardar na partição n + K, e K pode ser determinado com base pelo menos em parte no tempo de ativação de SCell.
