DECORTICADOR E PROCESSO DE DECORTICAÇÃO.É fornecido um dispositivo, processo e sistema para decorticação de biomassa compreendendo material grosseiro, casca e líber, como biomassa de talo longo. Tipicamente, um ou mais de casca, material grosseiro ou líber gerados pelo processo de decorticação ou dispositivo decorticador são alimentados a um processo ou dispositivo a jusante, tal como um extrator de contracorrente. Os produtos líquidos ou de fibra do decorticador, ou o decorticador em combinação com o extrator de contracorrente, podem ser posteriormente processados em seus componentes.
