Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA FABRICAR UM DISPOSITIVO DE GOFRAGEM E DISPOSITIVO DE GOFRAGEM CORRESPONDENTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar um dispositivo de gofragem ou molde de injeção que inclui as etapas de fornecer um rolo de gofragem com revestimento rígido que tem um núcleo de forma cilíndrica e uma camada de revestimento rígido, a camada de revestimento rígido que tem uma espessura igual ou inferior a 30 µm, e realizar a ablação a laser no cilindro com revestimento rígido para remover o material da camada de revestimento rígido para formar a abertura, uma superfície da abertura que forma um recurso estrutural na camada de revestimento rígido, para formar um cilindro estruturado com revestimento rígido.
