Abstract
DETECÇÃO DE SEPARAÇÃO DE METAL DE MOLDE DE FUNDIÇÃO. Metal pode ser separado de um molde de fundição durante o processo de fundição. Um sistema de detecção pode monitorar o molde e determinar se o metal foi separado do molde. O sistema de detecção pode incluir uma câmera, uma fonte de luz, e um sistema de computador. A câmera e a fonte de luz podem ser dispostas em lados opostos do molde de fundição e posicionadas para apontarem, ambas, na direção do molde. O sistema de computador pode detectar se qualquer luz é visível entre o molde e o metal, com base nos dados recebidos da câmera. O sistema de computador pode, então, determinar que o metal foi separado do molde com base na luz detectada.
