UMA MOLÉCULA ANTITROMBICA TENDO ATIVIDADE DE APAC PARA A PREVENÇÃO E/OU TRATAMENTO DE TROMBOCITOPENIA. A presente invenção está relacionada a uma molécula antitrombótica tendo atividade antiplaquetária e anticoagulante (APAC) e, em particular, seu uso como medicamento para prevenir e/ou tratar trombocitopenia induzida por heparina (HIT) tipo I ou II; e/ou trombocitopenia e trombose induzidas por heparina (HITT); e/ou trombocitopenia independente de heparina HIT autoimune (aHIT); e/ou trombocitopenia e trombose induzidas por vacina (VITT). A presente invenção tem uso nas indústrias médica e veterinária.
