Abstract

TUBO EXPANDIDO PARA UMA CAIXA DE COLISÃO DE VEÍCULO AUTOMOTOR E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DA MESMA.A presente invenção se refere a uma caixa de colisão de veículo automotor, com uma direção funcional no eixo geométrico longitudinal do veículo, fabricada a partir de um tubo que é expandido para o interior de zonas diferentes (1, 2, 3, 4), diferentes em resistência e diâmetro mediante o uso de aço que tem, mesmo após formação, uma microestrutura austenítica homogênea com um efeito de endurecimento por deformação. A presente invenção se refere, adicionalmente, ao método de fabricação de tal componente.
