Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO, E, MÉTODOS PARA TRATAMENTO DE TECIDO ADIPOSO SUBCUTÂNEO, PARA CRIAR UM PLANO DE TRATAMENTO PARA UM SUJEITO E PARA GERAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO. É provida uma solução substancialmente sólida, que inclui água e opcionalmente um ou mais aditivos, em que cerca de 71% a cerca de 100% da água em volume está em estado sólido. A solução substancialmente sólida pode ser administrada a uma camada de gordura subcutânea de um sujeito, a fim de reduzir ou remover adipócitos por congelamento. A solução substancialmente sólida pode ser gerada em um molde ou em um ponto de distribuição e pode ser administrada por qualquer dispositivo adequado ou administrada diretamente a um local de tratamento por meio de uma incisão.
