Abstract
A presente invenção proporciona métodos e dispositivos para controlar uma pasta fria que é entregue a um tecido alvo e para limitar a transferência de calor a partir de tecido circundante para o tecido alvo. Em particular, uma estrutura de balão é implantada no ou perto de um ponto de entrega, para atuar como um exame físico e / ou de barreira térmica.
