Abstract

SISTEMA PARA A CAPTURA E DETECÇÃO DE ESPÉCIES PRESENTES EM UM FLUIDO BIOLÓGICO. A presente invenção diz respeito a um sistema para detectar pelo menos uma espécie presente em um fluido, de preferência para detectar pelo menos uma célula circulante ou um agregado de células presentes em um fluido biológico humano ou animal, e em particular células tumorais circulantes (CTC) presentes em um fluido sanguíneo, o sistema de detecção compreendendo meios (20) para a filtragem do fluido, os meios de filtragem (20) compreendendo uma membrana filtrante (21), a membrana filtrante compreendendo pelo menos um poro (22) adaptado para reter uma espécie de dado tipo presente no fluido, os meios de filtragem (20) compreendendo ainda pelo menos uma abertura (23) adaptada para garantir, durante operação dentro do fluido, a circulação contínua do fluido biológico, mesmo quando o pelo menos um poro (22) está ocupado.
