Abstract
APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA REALIZAR UMA POLIMERIZAÇÃO DE OLEFINAS. Trata-se de um aparelho para realizar uma polimerização de olefinas em fase gasosa que compreende uma primeira polimerização que compreende um segmento cilíndrico de diâmetro D01, uma segunda zona de polimerização que compreende uma parte superior de diâmetro D05 e uma parte inferior de diâmetro D06, uma zona de separação de diâmetro D04, um primeiro elemento de conexão de diâmetro D03 que é uma curva de raio R03 ou compreende uma parte curva de raio R03, uma linha de reciclagem de gás que tem um diâmetro D08, segmento de transição de diâmetro D02 e um segundo elemento de conexão de um diâmetro D09 que é uma curva ou compreende uma parte curva, em que a razão D04 para D05 é de 1,0 a 1,5, a razão D05 para D06 é de 1,2 a 2, a razão R03 para D03 é de 1 a 6, a razão D03 para D01 é de 0,3 a 0,85 e a razão D08a para D02 é de 1,0 a 2,2.
