COMPOSIÇÃO ESPUMÁVEL, ESPUMA, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR A COMPOSIÇÃO ESPUMÁVEL, USO DA COMPOSIÇÃO ESPUMÁVEL, PRODUTO ALIMENTÍCIO, E, RECIPIENTE PRESSURIZADO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição espumável compreendendo 0,05 a 10% em peso de uma farinha de gérmen vegetal, 0,1 a 15% em peso de um agente espessante; 0,1 a 35% em peso de uma fibra natural e água, com base no peso total da composição. A invenção refere-se adicionalmente a uma espuma que pode ser obtida a partir da dita composição espumável, um método para produzir a dita composição espumável compreendendo misturar os ingredientes com água, o uso da dita composição espumável ou a dita espuma em um produto alimentício e um produto alimentício compreendendo a dita composição espumável ou a dita espuma.
