SÍNTESE LIVRE DE DMSO DE POLI(ÉSTER BETA-AMINO) MODIFICADO POR OLIGOPEPTÍDEOS E SEU USO EM SISTEMAS DE ENTREGA DE NANOPARTÍCULAS.Métodos para sintetizar e purificar poli-betaaminoésteres modificados por oligopeptídeos (OM-PBAEs) e polímeros relacionados sem usar DMSO como solvente produzem OM-PBAEs com estabilidade de armazenamento aprimorada emtampões biocompatíveis. Os polímeros podem ser armazenados por períodos prolongados e usados para encapsular ácidosnucleicos e vetores virais sem perder a eficiência de transfecção ou transdução.
