Abstract

SELEÇÃO DE CÉLULAS DE AFINIDADE ACÚSTICA PARA MÚLTIPLOS RECEPTORES ALVO. A presente invenção refere-se à separação de materiais que é alcançada utilizando técnicas de ligação por afinidade e acustoforese. Uma coluna suprida com uma mistura de fluido de materiais para estruturas de separação e suporte pode ser utilizada com ondas acústicas para bloquear o fluxo das estruturas de suporte. As estruturas de supor-te podem ter uma afinidade com relação a um ou mais materiais na mistura de fluido. Ao bloquear o fluxo das estruturas de suporte, os materiais ligados ou aderidos à estrutura de suporte também são bloqueados.
