CATALISADOR DE BASE LATENTE, COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO, MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UM CATALISADOR LATENTE, E, REVESTIMENTO CURADO.A presente invenção se refere a um catalisador de base latente e composições e métodos que envolvem a reação de adição de Michael catalisada por base latente. O catalisador de base latente descrito é um sal de carbamato substituído. As composições aqui descritas são derivadas de uma reação de adição de Michael e fornecem revestimentos, que incluem revestimentos primer e revestimentos diretos-em-metal, que têm ótimo tempo de vida útil e ótima resposta de cura, e também demonstram ótimas adesão, resistência à corrosão e resistência à intempérie quando aplicados a um substrato e curados.
