Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA. A presente invenção refere-se à forma de dosagem de suspensão oral de Edaravone. A invenção também se refere a fornecer uma forma de dosagem compatível com o paciente, econômica e tecnicamente avançada em relação à forma de dosagem comercializada existente. Além disso, a solubilidade e estabilidade da formulação de Edaravone compatível com o paciente, preparada de acordo com a presente invenção, é comprovadamente superior quando comparada com as invenções da técnica anterior. Além disso, a presente invenção também fornece uma composição de suspensão preparada por um processo que é relativamente simples, fácil de fabricar comercialmente e funcionalmente reprodutível.
