Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR TUBOS DE METAL REVESTIDO DE LIGA RESISTENTE À CORROSÃO. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para produzir tubos de metal revestido de liga resistente à corrosão ao: (a) fornecer um ou mais tubos a serem revestidos; (b) fornecer uma mistura exotérmica; (c) carregar e distribuir a mistura exotérmica em um ou mais tubos em um conjunto de revestimento a uma velocidade de rotação adequada para gerar uma força centrífuga de no máximo 10 vezes a força gravitacional; (d) inflamar a mistura exotérmica carregada usando um sistema de ignição a uma velocidade de rotação gerando uma força centrífuga de pelo menos 50 vezes a força gravitacional; e (e) aplicar um procedimento de tubo pós-revestimento.
