A invenção de refere a um artigo culinário (1) compreendendo uma camada (2) metálica apresentando uma parede de fundo (21) e uma parede lateral (31) se elevando em torno da parede de fundo (21), a referida parede de fundo (21) apresentando uma face interna (211) destinada ao cozimento de alimentos e uma face externa (212) destinada a ser disposta na proximidade de uma fonte de calor. De acordo com a invenção, a referida camada (2) é uma folha de liga de alumínio estampada ou de enformação contínua da série 6000 da classe 6082, ou da série 5000 da classe 5083. A invenção se refere igualmente ao método de fabricação do referido artigo culinário.
