Abstract
CANDIDATOS DE PREVISÃO DE VETOR DE MOVIMENTO ADAPTATIVO EM QUADROS COM MOVIMENTO GLOBA. Trata-se de um decodificador que inclui conjunto de circuitos configurado para receber um fluxo de bits; determinar, para um bloco atual e com o uso do fluxo de bits, um candidato de vetor de movimento global utilizado por um bloco adjacente; construir uma lista de candidatos de vetor de movimento incluindo a adição do candidato de vetor de movimento global determinado à lista de candidatos de vetor de movimento; e reconstruir dados de pixel do bloco atual e usar a lista de candidatos de vetor de movimento. Aparelho relacionado, sistemas, técnicas e artigos são também descritos.
