A presente invenção refere-se a uma disposição de ferramenta para descarregar uma torre (4), ou um segmento de torre, de um veículo de transporte e/ou para armazenar a torre (4), ou o segmento de torre, compreendendo um dispositivo de ferramenta inferior (2) com um dispositivo de fixação (7), para fixar de forma removível o dispositivo de ferramenta inferior (2) a uma seção de montagem inferior (5) da torre (4), ou segmento de torre, onde a disposição de ferramenta (1) compreende, adicionalmente, um dispositivo de ferramenta superior (3) com um dispositivo de fixação (23), para fixar de forma removível o dispositivo de ferramenta superior (3) a uma seção de montagem superior (6) da torre (4), ou do segmento de torre, onde o dispositivo de ferramenta inferior (2), e o dispositivo de ferramenta superior (3) compreendem, cada um, um dispositivo de elevação (35, 36) para erguer a torre (4), ou o segmento de torre, quando a torre (4), ou o segmento de torre, está em uma posição não erguida e fixada ao dispositivo de ferramenta respectivo (2, 3).
