Abstract
MATERIAIS PERMEÁVEIS CAPAZES DE PROTEÇÃO CONTRA DESCARGAS ATMOSFÉRICAS E USO DOS MESMOS NO PROCESSAMENTO DE INFUSÃO DE RESINA. A presente invenção refere-se a um material LSP permeável que pode ser incorporado em um processo de infusão de resina como RTM e VaRTM. Esse material LSP permeável pode estar sob a forma de uma fita alongada ou contínua que pode ser usada em um processo de posicionamento automatizado como ATL e AFP. Em uma modalidade, o material LSP permeável inclui pelo menos os seguintes componentes: (a) um véu não tecido de fibras aleatoriamente dispostas; (b) uma camada porosa eletricamente condutora que tem aberturas através de sua espessura; e (c) um material de resina distribuído, de maneira não contínua, ao longo do véu não tecido 11 e entre o véu não tecido e a camada porosa condutora. O material LSP permeável pode ser colocado em contato com uma pré-forma seca, seguido de infusão de resina e cura para formar uma parte compósita endurecida que tem o material LSP integrado na mesma.
