Abstract
MÉTODOS TERAPÊUTICOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA TRATAR LINFOMA USANDO ÁCIDO 6,8-BISBENZILTIO-OCTANOICO. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos, composições e kits médicos para tratar linfoma usando ácido 6,8-bis-benziltio-octanoico (CPI-613, devimistat) ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, opcionalmente em combinação com um segundo agente terapêutico (preferivelmente, cloridrato de bendamustina). Formas preferidas de linfoma tratadas incluem linforma de Burkitt recidivante ou refratário, linfoma de célula B, linfoma de Hodgkin clássico recidivante ou refratário e linfoma não Hodgkin de célula T recidivante ou refratário.
