Abstract

SUPORTE DE PASTILHA E FERRAMENTA DE CORTE COM UM MORDENTE DE FIXAÇÃO DE PASTILHA RESILIENTE.Uma ferramenta de corte (20) inclui uma pastilha de corte (22) resilientemente fixada em um suporte de pastilha (24). O suporte de pastilha (24) tem uma haste longitudinal (30) terminado em uma porção de montagem de pastilha no terminal (32) com um bolso de recebimento de pastilha orientado transversalmente (46) tendo um eixo longitudinal de bolso (L) e uma abertura frontal de bolso (52a). A porção de montagem de pastilha (32) inclui mordentes superior e inferior (34, 36) que, juntos, definem o bolso de recebimento de pastilha (46). Um dos mordentes (34, 36) da porção de montagem de pastilha (32) inclui uma superfície limitadora de bolso (68) geralmente voltada em direção à abertura frontal de bolso (52a). O mordente superior inclui uma ranhura de flexibilidade externa (82) recuada na superfície periférica (26) do suporte de pastilha (24).
