SISTEMA DE COZIMENTO PARA UM AMBIENTE COM RESTRIÇÃO DE ESPAÇO, UNIDADE DE COZIMENTO INDEPENDENTE PARA UM SISTEMA DE COZIMENTO DE UM AMBIENTE COM RESTRIÇÃO DE ESPAÇO E MÉTODO PARA OPERAR O SISTEMA DE COZIMENTO EM UM AMBIENTE COM RESTRIÇÃO DE ESPAÇO. Um sistema de cozimento para um ambiente com restrição de espaço incluindo pelo menos uma unidade de cozimento tendo pelo menos uma placa de cozimento móvel entre uma posição recolhida e uma posição de serviço de modo que na posição recolhida a placa de cozimento esteja localizada ou atrás ou abaixo de uma superfície correspondente de uma bancada, armário, parede ou semelhante e na posição de serviço a placa de cozimento estende-se para cima através de uma abertura na superfície correspondente.
