Abstract

ANEL DE FLUXO DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DE FLUIDO, APARELHO DE REVESTIMENTO DE SUBSTRATO, E, MÉTODO DE REVESTIMENTO DE UM SUBSTRATO. Trata-se de um anel de fluxo de alimentação de fluido (5), um aparelho de revestimento de substrato (1) e um método para revestir um substrato (2) com um componente catalisador. O anel de fluxo de alimentação de fluido (5) compreende um corpo anular (40) que tem uma face interna (45) delimitando um furo central do anel de fluxo de alimentação de fluido. Uma porta de fluxo de alimentação de fluido (47) recebe o líquido, e uma pluralidade de aberturas de saída (50) na face interna do corpo anular descarrega o líquido em uma face de pistão (23) do aparelho de revestimento de substrato (1). Um canal de distribuição (51) que se estende pelo menos em parte ao redor do corpo anular (40) fornece comunicação fluida entre a porta de fluxo de alimentação de fluido (47) e a pluralidade de aberturas de saída (50).
