Abstract

PRESERVAÇÃO DE PARTÍCULAS DE API FUNCIONALMENTE REVESTIDAS PRODUZIDAS ATRAVÉS DE PROCESSOSDE MISTURA SEM SOLVENTE EM SUSPENSÃO AQUOSA. A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas e métodos para preparar composições farmacêuticas que preservam o revestimento de partículas de API revestidas em uma suspensão farmacêutica. Composições farmacêuticas incluem partículas de ingrediente farmacêutico ativo (API) revestidas que compreendem: uma partícula de API; um primeiro revestimento que compreende um ou mais componentes deformados que revestem a partícula de API; um segundo revestimento que compreende sílica que cerca e/ou é incorporada parcial ou completamente no primeiro revestimento, um formador de matriz e um formador de estrutura.
