Abstract
MÉTODO.Os presentes ensinamentos incluem um método para medir uma espessura de filme inteira. O método pode incluir formar um filme polimérico (10) e medir a espessura do filme (10) com uma câmera (20) que coleta imagens espaciais e espectrais de uma pluralidade de pontos ao mesmo tempo. A câmera pode coletar uma imagem linear de uma linha do filme. A câmera pode ser uma câmera hiperespectral de infravermelho próximo. Ao analisar os dados brutos coletados durante a etapa de medição, as franjas dos dados brutos podem ser corrigidas usando uma análise de mínimos quadrados clássica.
