Abstract
GRELHA DE CONTATO. Projetos de grelha de contato com recursos que reduzem a produção de fumaça e que de outra forma difundem a fumaça para reduzir a visibilidade da fumaça à medida que essa fumaça composta por uma combinação de vapor e gordura queimada é gerada durante o cozimento de um produto alimentício tal como um produto de carne. Grelhas de contato fazem uso de fluxo de ar passivo em um de ou em ambos alojamentos de grelha superior e inferior para reduzir a produção de fumaça e para melhor difundir a fumaça para reduzir a visibilidade da fumaça a sair da câmara de cozimento da grelha de contato.
