Abstract
Um dispositivo de passagem inclui um corpo tendo primeira e segunda faces laterais espaçadas longitudinalmente e uma superfície interna definindo uma abertura que se estende longitudinalmente através do corpo, um condutor que se estende dentro da abertura do corpo, e um isolador que se estende dentro da abertura do corpo transversalmente intermediário do condutor e a superfície interna do corpo para isolar o condutor do corpo, onde o condutor inclui uma parte interior circundada pelo isolador e uma parte exterior que se prolonga para além do isolador, tendo a parte exterior um diâmetro superior a um diâmetro da parte interior.
