Abstract
PRODUTO DE GORDURA EM PASTA, PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DO MESMO E SEU USO COMO PASTA DE MESA OU EM PANIFICAÇÃO.Um produto de gordura em pasta, compreendendo: - pelo menos 5% em peso de água; e - de 10% a 95% em peso de uma composição de gordura, em que a composição de gordura compreende: - de 10% a 100% em peso de uma gordura intraesterificada ou uma mistura de gordura interesterificada, compreendendo óleo de girassol HSHO ou uma fração derivada de óleo de girassol HSHO; no máximo 85% em peso de pelo menos um óleo líquido ou mistura de óleo líquido; - e no máximo 5% em peso de pelo menos um aditivo solúvel em gordura.
