Por exemplo, uma válvula de fornecimento para fornecer partículas de impressão para um receptáculo, a válvula de fornecimento pode compreender uma saída de partículas de impressão, uma entrada de partículas de impressão perpendicular à saída de partículas de impressão, e um revestimento adjacente à saída de partículas de impressão, onde o revestimento é para remover partículas de impressão, quando presentes, da válvula de fornecimento em reposta à transição da válvula de fornecimento entre uma posição fechada e uma posição aberta.
