Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição dentifrícia descrita compreendendo um ácido carboxílico ou um seu sal de metal alcalino, uma fonte de íons fluoreto livres e opcionalmente um copolímero de metil vinil éter com anidrido ou ácido maleico. Importantemente a composição dentifrícia é levemente ácida, tendo um pH de pasta na faixa de maior que 5,0 a menos que 6,5. A composição aperfeiçoa absorção de fluoreto em dentes e proporciona proteção contra desafios ácidos.
