Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se às composições dentifrícias compreendendo partículas de gel de sílica esféricas, anidras e amorfas, tendo um volume de poro de menor que 0,1mL/g e um carreador oralmente aceitável. Tais composições podem eficazmente limpar, polir e remover manchas da superfície de dentes ou de dentaduras em um alto grau de abrasão reduzindo, assim, a arranhadura e o dano na superfície de dente ou de dentadura. Tais composições proveem, assim, superiores limpeza, polimento, remoção suave de manchas e branqueamento de superfícies de dentes ou dentaduras.
