Abstract
FLUIDO DE SEPARAÇÃO, MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA RECICLAR MATERIAL DE MULTICAMADAS USANDO UM AGENTE DE PASSIVAÇÃO.É revelado um método para reciclagem de material de multicamadas. O material de multicamadas (10) compreende uma camada de metal (30) e pelo menos uma camada adicional (20, 40). O método compreende colocar o material de embalagem em uma cuba (310) compreendendo um fluido de separação (330) para produzir uma mistura de pedaços de metal da camada de metal (30), pedaços de plástico da camada de polímero (20, 40) e componentes residuais. O fluido de separação compreende uma mistura compreendendo uma mistura de água, ácido carboxílico, sal de carboxilato e agente de passivação para passivação da superfície da camada de metal.
