Abstract
É fornecido um método de fabricação de uma mola para inspecionar a distribuição de tensão da mola sob carga. O método para fabricação de uma mola (1) inclui as etapas de aplicar uma carga à mola (1), medir a tensão da mola (1) sob a carga e liberar a carga aplicada à mola (1), a medição a tensão da mola (1) sendo feita medindo a tensão na superfície da parte ativa da mola (1) usando difração de raios-X com o método cosa, e o método incluindo ainda a etapa de determinar se a magnitude de tensão da mola (1) atende a um critério.
