APARELHO DE VEDAÇÃO, MÉTODO PARA INSERIR UM APARELHO EM UM FURO DE POÇO, E, MÉTODO PARA INSERIR EM UM FURO DE POÇO UM PACKER. Um método pode compreender: inserir um aparelho em um furo de poço, em que o aparelho compreende: um elemento de vedação que compreende: um elastômero; e um metal intumescível embutido no elastômero; expor o elemento de vedação a um fluido; fazer a transição do elemento de vedação de um estado inicial com um volume inicial para um estado expandido com um volume expandido para formar uma vedação no furo de poço.
