Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de nitrila insaturada compreendendo uma etapa de reação de submeter um hidrocarboneto a uma reação de amoxidação catalítica em fase de vapor em um reator de leito fluidizado para produzir a nitrila insaturada correspondente, em que, na etapa de reação, um pó é alimentado a uma zona densa no reator de leito fluidizado usando um gás carreador, e a razão da velocidade linear LV1 do gás carreador na abertura de alimentação do pó ao reator de leito fluidizado para a velocidade linear LV2 do gás na zona densa (LV1/LV2) não é inferior a 0,01 e não é superior a 1200.
