Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para bioprocessamento, tal como para a cultura de células. O aparelho inclui um biorreator com uma câmara que possui células e uma câmara para regulação de temperatura das células. Em algumas modalidades, um congelador é conectado ao biorreator para congelar as células na câmara, e um aquecedor também pode ser provido para descongelar ativamente as células.
