Abstract
De acordo com um aspecto, um dispositivo sem fio entra em um estado inativo de RRC a partir de um estado conectado de RRC, em resposta a uma mensagem recebida da rede sem fio. O dispositivo sem fio faz subsequentemente a transição do estado inativo de RRC para o estado conectado de RRC e retoma uma ou mais medições de acordo com uma ou mais configurações de medição armazenadas enquanto o dispositivo sem fio estava no estado inativo de RRC.
