Abstract
Composições injetáveis de vesículas de bicamada única que encapsulam enfumafungina, derivadas de compostos antifúngicos triterpenoides podem ser administradas intravenosamente para tratar ou prevenir infecções fúngicas, apresentando ao mesmo tempo reações no sítio de injeção local (ISRs) reduzidas. Os compostos antifúngicos triterpenoides derivados de enfumafungina são inibidores da síntese de (1,3)-ß-D-glucano e são usados no tratamento ou prevenção de infecções fúngicas, tais como infecções fúngicas sistêmicas, incluindo aquelas causadas por espécies de Candida e Aspergillus.
