Abstract
A presente invenção se refere ao uso de compostos antifúngicos triterpenoides derivados de enfumafungina em combinação com outros agentes antifúngicos, tais como azois, polienos, lipopetídeos e alilaminas, para tratar doenças fúngicas. Mais particularmente, a invenção se refere às combinações antifúngicas de triterpenoides derivados de enfumafungina, que são inibidores de síntese de (1,3)-beta-D-glucano, em combinação com outros agentes antifúngicos tais como agentes ativos para bolor que apresentam atividade contra bolores incluindo, mas sem limitação voriconazol, isavuconazol, posaconazol, itraconazol e anfotericina B, para o tratamento e/ou prevenção de infecções causadas por bolores.
