Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se aparelhos e técnicas para carregamento eletrocinético de amostras de interesse em câmaras de reação de escala de submícron. Modalidades incluem um dispositivo integrado e aparelho relacionado para analisar amostras em paralelo. O dispositivo integrado pode incluir pelo menos uma câmara de reação formada na superfície do dispositivo integrado e configurado para receber uma amostra de interesse, como uma molécula de ácido nucleico. O dispositivo integrado pode ainda incluir eletrodos padronizados adjacentes à câmara de reação que produzem um ou mais campos elétricos que auxiliam o carregamento da amostra à câmara de reação. O aparelho pode ainda incluir um reservatório de amostra tendo uma vedação fluida com a superfície do dispositivo integrado e configurado para reter uma suspensão contendo as amostras.
