A presente invenção refere-se a um dirigível híbrido (10) compreendendo pelo menos um compartimento de flutuação (32) contendo um gás mais leve que o ar, uma gôndola (34) anexada abaixo do compartimento de flutuação (32), a gôndola (34) se estendendo ao longo de um eixo longitudinal, pelo menos uma hélice (36) configurada para impulsionar o dirigível híbrido (10), pelo menos uma hélice (36) sendo anexada ao compartimento de flutuação (32), pelo menos um gerador (38), configurado para fornecer energia à hélice (36), o gerador (38) sendo conectado à gôndola (34). O dirigível híbrido (10) compreendendo um braço (40) que se projeta da gôndola (34) e conecta o gerador (38) à gôndola (34).
